Qualified nurse (m/f/d) home care
Are you a qualified geriatric nurse, a general or paediatric nurse, or a registered nurse (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann)? Then we’re looking for you for our teams in Lahr, Offenburg/Hohberg, Kehl and Freiburg.
Your tasks
- Basic care and medical treatment care as prescribed by a doctor – medication, injections, wound care, compression
- Care assessments, care planning and documentation with digital tools
- Counselling visits under § 37(3) SGB XI
- Coordination with doctors, relatives and the team
- Instructing and supporting care assistants
What you bring
- Completed three-year training in geriatric, general or generalist nursing
- Enjoyment of working with people and a calm, friendly manner
- Reliability and team spirit

Further training in practical instruction
Would you like to instruct trainees? This requires further vocational teaching training of at least 300 hours – we support you and pay for the qualification.
Path into management
Becoming a care manager requires professional experience and further training as a responsible nurse (at least 460 hours). With several locations, roles like this come up with us.
On the road by car
In home care, you drive to people’s homes. A category B driving licence is therefore usually required – we’ll discuss how company vehicles are arranged during the interview.
