What we offer you
Thorough induction
You ride along with a colleague for as long as it takes until you feel confident – not until the duty roster demands it.
Training instead of being thrown in at the deep end
Career changers learn basic care with us step by step. Which tasks you take on depends on your qualifications and training.
A strong team behind you
Regular rounds, digital documentation, a qualified nurse as your contact person – you’re not alone when questions arise.
Working hours that suit you
Full-time with 39 hours, part-time, mini-job or on an hourly basis. As a rule, you work every other weekend – from part-time upwards, this is a fixed part of the job.
Moving up through training
If you want more: geriatric care assistant training (Altenpflegehilfe) or training as a registered nurse (Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann) will make you a qualified professional. Training at PoSa →
On the road by car
In home care, you drive to people’s homes. A category B driving licence is therefore usually required – we’ll discuss how company vehicles are arranged during the interview.
