How it works
From enquiry to your first day.

- Arrange detailsDates, times and documents – with your school and parents if needed.
- Work placementYou ride along, watch and ask questions – supported by the team.
- AfterwardsIf you enjoy care, we talk about possible next steps.
Under 18? No problem. Hours and tasks follow the German youth employment protection rules (Jugendarbeitsschutz). We arrange the necessary consents and school documents before you start.
Watch and help out. Placement students do not carry out care tasks on their own responsibility.
Confidentiality. What you experience in people’s homes stays there – we go through this together on your first day.
